01

Ensure Hospital Longevity-Financial Stability

In my role as a board member, I have been a strong advocate for securing a long-term partnership for the future of Tri-City. I have supported the hiring of a skilled legal team with experience in district mergers to negotiate on behalf of our staff and community hospital. The executive team and current board are dedicated to finding the ideal partner who recognizes the value of our assets and employees. Our Tri-City family remains resilient and committed. I remain a loyal advocate to my family inside and outside of the hospital walls.

02

Hospital Infrastructure Improvement

Improving buildings is essential for creating a better environment for everyone. The emergency room, and mental health grounds are already underway for growth and improvement. Thank you Tri-City Hospital Foundation! Whether it's upgrading the current spaces, re-opening unused spaces, enhancing safety and seismic infrastructure, or simply beautifying the space, there are many ways to make positive impact. It's a big job, but I'm up for the challenge! Let's continue to team up with our partners and stakeholders to make a real difference.

Ensure Quality Care

Providing top-quality care to every patient at every visit is of upmost importance to me. I am absolutely convinced that every patient deserves the best possible care, and I advocate that our team ensures that each visit is a positive and fulfilling experience for every patient, every time. With our team of highly skilled healthcare professionals and the use of metrics data to support our staff in achieving service excellence, I am confident in our ability to provide every patient the attention and care needed to stay healthy and happy.

04

Build Respectful Relationships

I recognize the importance of building strong relationships with staff, unions, and the community. By fostering a culture of collaboration and investing in training and appreciation for staff, we aim to reduce burnout and sustain a highly loyal workforce. Our new executive team, voted in by the current board administration, is already seeing productive changes. By prioritizing these areas, Tri-City Hospital can continue to grow and thrive in healthcare.
